Refund and Return Policy
At Labubu Accessories, your satisfaction is our priority. Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. If an item is defective or incorrect, you have 14 days from receipt to request an exchange or refund. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange under the right of withdrawal.
Returns are free for all items eligible under the right of withdrawal. A prepaid return label will be provided by email once your request is approved. You will be refunded the full amount of your purchase, including any shipping fees paid at checkout.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging. Personalized products cannot be returned, but may be exchanged for an identical or equally valued item if deemed defective.
Items purchased directly from our website must be returned to the address provided by our support team during your exchange request (this may be located in the United States or China depending on the product).
Several types of items are not eligible for return under the right of withdrawal:
- Services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period with express prior agreement and waiver of the right of withdrawal;
- Goods or services subject to market fluctuation beyond our control;
- Custom-made or clearly personalized items;
- Perishable or time-sensitive goods;
- Goods unsealed by the consumer that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons;
- Goods that, once delivered, are inseparably mixed with other items;
- Audio/video recordings or software unsealed after delivery;
- Newspaper, periodical, or magazine subscriptions (except for subscription contracts);
- Services related to accommodation (other than residential), transportation of goods, car rentals, catering, or leisure activities to be provided at a specific date;
- Digital content not provided on physical media that begins execution after express prior consent and waiver of withdrawal rights.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. All returns must be handled by us, the seller.
REFUNDS (if applicable):
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you to confirm its receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 14 days.
We do not issue refunds for orders due to delivery delays, as delivery times are clearly stated in our Terms and FAQ.
If you wish to cancel your order, you have a 3-hour window after placing the order to contact our support team via email at contact@labubu-accessories.com or through our contact form.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Processing times can vary.

EXCHANGES (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged as per our Terms of Sale. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@labubu-accessories.com.
SHIPPING FEES:
Returns are free under the right of withdrawal. Simply contact us at contact@labubu-accessories.com to receive your prepaid return label and instructions.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Please note that Labubu Accessories cannot be held responsible for lost return packages that were not sent using our provided return label.
Return conditions summary:
- Returns are free and must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and tags.
- Used or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
- We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
Reminder: We do not issue refunds for delays in delivery, as these are clearly stated in our Terms of Sale.
Refunds are issued within 7 to 14 business days depending on your payment method.
Once your return is approved, we will ask you to send the package to the address that will be provided via email by our support team during your exchange request.
If your request concerns a broken or defective item, please send us multiple photos with your initial contact. Depending on the case, Labubu Accessories will issue a full refund.
